Robin’s passion is helping founders realize the full value of their businesses. Robin has over a decade of experience in marketing and consulting in the financial services and high-tech industries, and a decade of experience practicing M&A law at Cooley and Sheppard Mullin.

Not many business owners have sold a business, and the process can be daunting. Robin enjoys working with those business owners, walking them through the process, and getting them to a successful closing.
